We look forward to recognizing our exceptional care mangers.  In Rosalind we can track productivity and quality measures but we ask you to promote your additional accomplishments by completing the below form with a brief description and date of each instance of client satisfaction, branch and professional growth and mentoring.

• Assist in consultation
