Larry Sosnow
Founder and Chairman

Mr. Sosnow founded SeniorBridge in 2000 and built it into a thriving national organization that specializes in helping people who have complex chronic conditions. For more than 30 years, he has been involved in the healthcare field, first becoming the founder and CEO of Patient Care, Inc., a provider of home health agency services, from 1974 to 1995. Subsequently, Mr. Sosnow was a co-founder and Vice Chairman of Athenahealth, inc. (NASDAQ:ATHN), a provider of web-based physician practice and billing systems, from 1997 to 2005.

He is a founding member and former member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the National Association for Home Care. Mr. Sosnow has also served on the legislative committee of the New Jersey Home Health Agency Assembly, and was a former member of the Legislative Committee and the Board of the New York Home Care Association. He is a member of the Board of the Henry Street Settlement House in New York City.

Eric C. Rackow, M.D.
President and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Rackow has more than 35 years experience in healthcare. He is Professor of Medicine at the New York University School of Medicine and immediate past President of NYU Hospitals Center. He is a national authority on critical care medicine, complex care management, and healthcare delivery systems. At NYU, Dr. Rackow was responsible for ensuring the quality of medical services and promoting continued excellence in patient care, medical education, and clinical research. Previously, he served as Chief Medical Officer at NYU Hospitals Center and Chairman of the Department of Medicine at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center of New York.

After earning his MD at the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, he served as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine and completed a fellowship in Cardiology. Dr. Rackow is the author of 184 articles and 40 chapters on the care of patients with complex medical problems.

He is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Weil Institute of Critical Care Medicine, dedicated to education and research in caring for patients with severe illness or injury. Dr. Rackow is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, American College of Critical Care Medicine, American College of Cardiology, and American College of Chest Physicians. Recently, he received the distinguished award of Mastership of the American College of Physicians.

John Golden

Mr. Golden joined SeniorBridge as a director in November 2002. Mr. Golden, the founder of New York-based John A. Golden Associates, Inc., a financial advisory firm, is an investor in private and public corporations and a retired partner of the investment banking firm Goldman Sachs. He is Chair of the Board of Trustees of Colgate University. Mr. Golden graduated from Colgate University and received his J.D. from Columbia Law School.

Nancy Koehn

Ms. Koehn became a director in November 2002. Dr. Koehn is a full Professor at the Harvard Business School, where her specialty is business history. She is the author of Brand New: How Entrepreneurs Earned Consumers' Trust from Wedgwood to Dell; and The Power of Commerce: Economy and Governance in the First British Empire. Dr. Koehn is a recognized authority on business history and has specialized in branding, consumer behavior, and business strategy in the Information Revolution. Courses she has taught include "The Coming of Managerial Capitalism," one of the most popular courses at Harvard Business School. She holds a Ph.D. from Harvard University.

Anthony Lamport

Mr. Lamport has been a director since March 2001. Mr. Lamport is the president of Lambda Fund Management, a general partner of four venture capital funds, a position he has held since 1990. From 1959 to 1990, Mr. Lamport was at Drexel Burnham Lambert and its predecessors, where he was responsible for its venture capital activity. He is a graduate of Harvard College and received his MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Garrick Ahn

Mr. Ahn became a director in December 2008. He is a Managing Director of Caltius, an equity investment firm based in Los Angeles, CA. Previously, he was an Associate at Bastion Capital, responsible for sourcing, executing and managing investments. Prior to Bastion Capital, he spent two years as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company focused on assisting Fortune 500 companies with strategy development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives. Garrick began his career with Morgan Stanley & Co. in the Equity Capital Markets Group. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

James Upchurch

Mr. Upchurch became a director in December 2008. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Caltius, an equity investment firm based in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to founding Caltius, Mr. Upchurch was the President of U.S. Bancorp Libra, an investment banking firm focused on the sale, trading and placement of debt securities. Jim began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at KPMG. He received his B.S. in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University.
