Eric C. Rackow, M.D.
President and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Rackow has more than 35 years experience in healthcare. He is Professor of Medicine at the New York University School of Medicine and immediate past President of NYU Hospitals Center. He is a national authority on critical care medicine, complex care management, and healthcare delivery systems. At NYU, Dr. Rackow was responsible for ensuring the quality of medical services and promoting continued excellence in patient care, medical education, and clinical research. Previously, he served as Chief Medical Officer at NYU Hospitals Center and Chairman of the Department of Medicine at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center of New York.

After earning his MD at the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, he served as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine and completed a fellowship in Cardiology. Dr. Rackow is the author of 184 articles and 40 chapters on the care of patients with complex medical problems.

He is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Weil Institute of Critical Care Medicine, dedicated to education and research in caring for patients with severe illness or injury. Dr. Rackow is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, American College of Critical Care Medicine, American College of Cardiology, and American College of Chest Physicians. Recently, he received the distinguished award of Mastership of the American College of Physicians.

Claudia Fine, LCSW, MPH, CMC
Executive Vice President, Chief Professional Officer

Ms. Fine has worked in the field of eldercare for over 20 years and was a partner with the New York City-based Fine & Newcombe Associates, a pioneering firm in the private eldercare field. Her company was acquired by SeniorBridge in 2000 and she became a founding member of the company. She is the former President of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, and a current member of the New York Society for Clinical Social Work Psychotherapists and the American Society on Aging. Ms. Fine has a Master's Degree in Public Health from Columbia University School of Public Health and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Hunter College School of Social Work.

Ms. Fine participated in developing a new policy report by the International Longevity Center-USA, that calls for major reforms to the U.S. health care system to meet needs of senior citizens. She was also selected to be part of an expert panel to develop new approaches for solving caregiving crisis. The Caregiving Project for Older Americans formed a panel of national experts to develop new solutions for the growing crisis in caring for older adults. The panel is led by co-project directors Dr. Robert Butler, a member of the SeniorBridge Professional Advisory Board, and Dr. Larry Wright.

Kathy Driscoll, RN, CMC
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Driscoll has over 23 years of experience in nursing, with a concentration in geriatrics, homecare and care management. With over 20 years of healthcare management experience, she has held a variety of senior management roles including operational, clinical and business development responsibilities. Most recently she was Vice President of Business Development for Premier Home Health Care Services Inc., a multi-state homecare provider based in White Plains, NY. She was previously Vice President of Operations and New Business at SeniorBridge and rejoins the company as Senior Vice President of Operations. Ms Driscoll has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University. She is a Registered Nurse licensed in New York, New Jersey, Florida and Connecticut, and is a current member of the National Association for Professional Geriatric Care Managers, The Case Management Society of America and Women in Health Management of NY.

Jacqueline Morrison, RN, CMC, MA
Senior Vice President of Clinical Services and Quality Management

Ms. Morrison has over 25 years experience in Nursing, the last 15 years being in the Home Care industry at Patient Care, Inc. where she was the VP of Quality Management. Her responsibilities included the development of client service standards to ensure that quality care was being delivered and facilitating survey evaluations by accrediting agencies such as JCAHO, CHAP and the Department of Health. She is licensed as a RN in New York, New Jersey, Illinois and Florida. Ms. Morrison graduated from St. Vincent's Hospital School of Nursing in NYC and she received a BSN and MA from Kean University.

Rona S. Bartelstone, LCSW, MSW, CMC
Senior Vice President of Care Management

Rona Bartelstone is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Care Manager Certified, and a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. A Cum Laude graduate of the University of New York at Buffalo, Rona earned her Masters in Social Work at Indiana University. She has taught the psychology of aging, healthy aging and other courses on coping with aging parents for adult education of the Dade County School Board, Miami Dade Community College, and Broward Community College.

Active in many community and professional organizations, Rona is a founder and past President of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (GCM). She currently is a founder and Vice President of the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM), an independent, non-profit, credentialing organization. Rona was a Board member of the Greater Miami Alzheimer’s Association Chapter and Chaired the Annual Educational Forum from 1994 to 2000. In addition, she is past Vice President and Treasurer of the Florida Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. Rona is a member of the National Council on the Aging and a delegate to the National Institute on Community Long Term Care (NICLIC), the Gerontological Society of American and the American Society on Aging for which she’ll be co-chaired the International Care/Case Management Conference in 2001.

Michael Allen
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Michael has extensive, diverse experience as a senior finance and administration executive. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Brunschwig & Fils, Inc., Advance Group, Inc., and the Pinnacle Alliance Division of Computer Sciences, Inc. He has also served as Vice President of Finance for Calvin Klein, Inc., Corporate Controller for Coach Inc., and Assistant Controller for the Food Service Division of Kraft General Foods. Michael has a track record in mergers and acquisitions, integration of companies, process improvement, upgrading information technology reporting, strategic financial planning, business development, as well as working with service organizations. He received his BA in Economics and BS in Finance from Fairfield University, and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.

Jim Resciniti, CPA
Vice President of Finance

Jim Resciniti brings a wealth of experience, managing finance operations in profit and nonprofit organizations and in public accounting. Jim was Controller and then Assistant Vice President of Finance for one of New York’s largest hospital based managed care companies where he spent ten years as a key finance leader cultivating a superior business environment through continuous process improvement, for a diverse healthcare organization growing to over $1 billion in revenue with an administrative budget of more than $150 million. Prior to that, he was Accounting Manager for Manhattan’s historic Parish of Trinity Church, and Audit Manager in public accounting where he worked closely with hospitals and nursing homes for more than six years. He earned a BS in Accounting from Brooklyn College and New York State CPA licensure.

Peter Sosnow
Vice President, Corporate Development

Mr. Sosnow joined SeniorBridge in 2000. Before joining SeniorBridge, Mr. Sosnow held the position of Administrative Sales Director with Advica Health Resources, a national management services company administering health services to over 200,000 people. While with Oxford Health Plans, Mr. Sosnow was responsible for regional contracting with hospital, physician and ancillary health providers. Mr. Sosnow is a graduate of Denison University.

Howard Levine
Chief Information Officer

Howard has over 20 years of experience in various Information Technology roles. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Howard was the Director of Information Technology for Loews Cineplex Entertainment in New York where he was responsible for application development and operation support activities. Prior to Loews, he was a Consulting Manager with Ernst & Young, LLP, and Senior Manager with International Systems Services. Mr. Levine holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information System Services from Stockton State College in New Jersey.

Philip Dooling
Vice President of Regional Operations

Mr. Dooling has over 29 years of senior management experience, including sales, marketing and operations roles with a Fortune 100 company, entrepreneurial start-ups and owning a multiple site specialty retail business. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Mr. Dooling was the Chief Operating Officer for a South Texas Regional Home Health Agency, where he provided strategic direction and managed marketing and business development efforts. Mr. Dooling has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois.

Ruth Farrago, CMC
Vice President of Regional Operations

Ruth Farrago has over 20 years of experience in health care administration. She was the Administrator of an inpatient and outpatient comprehensive Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Division at Downstate Medical Centers in Brooklyn. She has an extensive background in home care marketing and management having worked for St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers as the Director of Intake and was then the Branch Manager/Administrator at New York Health Care. Ruth was also the Executive Director of Sunrise Assisted Living of East Meadow where she was responsible for the daily operations of the facility, client and family satisfaction, management of the sales and marketing team and coordinated community outreach and events. Ruth has a Bachelors of Science from SUNY College of Oneonta where she majored in Business Economics and she is currently completing a Masters Degree at Long Island University specializing in Gerontology. Ruth has received her certification in Geriatric Care Management (CMC).

David Mattioli, RN, CMC, BSN
Vice President, Regional Operations

David Mattioli brings more than 17 years' experience in a variety of healthcare settings to SeniorBridge. For 9 years previously, he was the Administrator of Almost Family in West Palm Beach, responsible for operations and delivery of care for the in-home program in 4 counties, and for a time served dually in that role at Almost Family's Medical Adult Day Center in Boynton Beach.

Mr. Mattioli began his nursing career at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he developed a passion for caring for the elderly, and became a care manager before returning to Florida. He is a certified trainer for the Alzheimer training course for home health agencies in Florida and coauthored the curriculum used for the training. Mr. Mattioli is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. He received a BS in biology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a BSN from Eastern Michigan University, and is a certified Legal Nurse Consultant

Timothy M. Hanold, MBA
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Timothy is a seasoned sales professional who has worked in the corporate healthcare and automotive industries. Before joining SeniorBridge, he was a top-10 Account Manager at Covidien Healthcare in New York City, winning major hospital accounts and multiple national awards and ranking first in focused product sales. He was then promoted to national field sales development trainer. Previously, Timothy was a senior dealer consultant for the Ford Motor Company in the New York region, where he outpaced sales quotas and corporate objectives and set records for client satisfaction. He recently completed a Masters degree in Business Management at Columbia University and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University.

Kristi Catallo, RN, CMC
Quality Management Director

Kristi Catallo joined SeniorBridge in May 2004. Before SeniorBridge, she spent 13 years with Patient Care, Inc. in Essex County, most recently as Vice President of Risk Management. Her responsibilities in this position included infection control and safety program development, as well as insurance oversight and claims management. Previous clinical experience included over 10 years in obstetric, emergency room, surgical and infectious disease nursing. Ms. Catallo holds licenses as a Registered Nurse in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management. She is an active member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. Ms. Catallo is a graduate of the State University of New York at Alfred.

Ginger Valinoti Oates, RN, BSN, MPS/GSA, C, CMC
Quality Management Associate

Ginger has over 20 years of professional nursing and geriatric care management experience in long-term care and hospital settings. She was formerly the Founder and President of Sunrise Senior Services, a Port Washington, NY-based private geriatric care management firm that united with SeniorBridge in March 2004. A Certified Gerontological Nurse with the American Nurses Credentialing Center, a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and an Advisory Board member of the Long Island Alzheimer's Foundation, Ginger holds a B.S. in Nursing from Pace University, a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Gerontological Studies from Adelphi University and a Master's of Professional Studies in Gerontological Services Administration from the New School for Social Research. She is currently an instructor at Brookdale Center on Aging, Hunter College, and has been nominated to Chair the Service Provider Board for the Long Island Alzheimer's Foundation. Ginger has a certificate for completion of training for Article 81 - Court Evaluator and Guardianship Training.
