Bobbie Schwaninger, ARNP, MBA, CMC Executive Director
Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Bobbie Schwaninger was Administrator of Almost Family
in Fort Lauderdale and Vice President of Champion Personnel Services in Boca Raton.
Bobbie has over 30 years experience in nursing with a focus in geriatrics and
homecare.She has practiced as a ARNP in both primary care and hospital settings and
has held a variety of management roles both operational and clinical.
Ms. Schwaninger has an MBA in Health Administration from the University of Miami
School of Business Administration, is certified as a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner by
the University of Miami School of Nursing, and received a diploma from Wilson
Memorial Hospital school of Nursing in Johnson City, NY. Bobbie is a past President
of the Florida Nurses Association.
Pamela Franklin-Greenway, MBA Regional Director, Professional Relations
Pamela brings a wealth of experience in health care and managed care to SeniorBridge.
Before assuming her current role, she was a Sales Manager for Partners in Care, a
division of the Visiting Nurse Service of New York. She has also been a top-ranking
Senior Sales Specialist at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals in Florida, and a
Sales Specialist at Pharmacia Pharmaceutical Company in Michigan. Earlier, Pamela
served as Project Director at Priority Children in Flint, Michigan analyzing trends
in child health, education, and socioeconomic issues. She has held other positions as
Manager of Facility Services at Rainbow Rehabilitation Center in Ann Arbor, MI. She
was also employed with Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Michigan. Pamela has a BS in
Business Administration from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, MO, and a Masters
in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
Kelli Santone, BA Director of Professional Relations
Kelli Santone comes to SeniorBridge with an extensive sales background, most recently working as Regional Sales Manager and a top-ranking sales consultant within the Marine Web Services division of Dominion Enterprises. Previously, she was in advertising sales at the online and print advertising departments of The Palm Beach Post Newspapers, Inc., in West Palm Beach. Kelli also worked for more than 5 years for The Campbell Soup Company in consumer sales positions in Maryland and New Jersey, and as an Account Executive, calling on the Wakerfern Food Corporation in Paterson, NJ. She has won numerous awards for her sales achievements during her career. Kelli earned her BA with honors at Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ, with a major in Public Relations and Advertising.
Gregg A. Billeter, RN, BSN, CCM, GCN Senior Care Manager
Gregg started his nursing career in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in the St. Joseph Mercy
Health Care system, where he spent 12 years caring for elderly adults in various
inpatient and outpatient academic settings. He was also a Care Manager with
Allegiance, LLC, a physician hospital organization in Ann Arbor and part of an
interdisciplinary team that achieved NCQA certification in a variety of areas. Gregg
came to Florida in 2004, and worked as a Care Manager for Evercare, a division of
United Health Care, and as the Director of Active Day of Boynton Beach-Medical Adult
Day Care Center. He is a licensed Registered Nurse in Michigan and Florida and holds certification in
case management (CCM) from the Commission for Case Manager Certification. He obtained
his BS in biology from the University of Michigan and a BS in nursing from Saginaw
Valley State College (now University).
Gregg Billeter has completed the Guided Care Nursing Course developed and offered by the Institute for Johns Hopkins Nursing and has been awarded a Certificate in Guided Care Nursing, endorsed by the National Gerontological Nursing Association.
Christina Kantrowitz, MSW, C-ASWCM Senior Care Manager
Ms. Kantrowitz has over 25 years of experience in social
work and geriatric care management. Prior to becoming Director of Client
Services, she was a Geriatric Care Manager for several years at Florida
ElderWatch, one of Southeast Florida's largest geriatric care management
practices, which was acquired by SeniorBridge Family in 2001. Before joining
Florida Elderwatch Ms. Kantrowitz was the Director of Social Service for
Tamarac Rehabilitation & Health Center. Ms. Kantrowitz is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. She has a BSW in Social Work and a MSW in Social Work, both from Adelphi University.
Judy Carrington, ARNP, CMC Care Manager
Judy comes to SeniorBridge with over 30 years experience in nursing, with a focus on Geriatrics. She has functioned as a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner in long term care facilities, hospitals and primary care office settings. Most recently was in a collaborative Internal Medicine/Gastroenterology practice in Boca Raton. Ms Carrington is certified as Geriatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of Miami School of Nursing, and received RN diploma from Wilson Hospital School of Nursing in New York.
David Mattioli, RN, CMC, BSN Vice President, Regional Operations
David Mattioli brings more than 17 years' experience in a variety of healthcare
settings to SeniorBridge. For 9 years previously, he was the Administrator of Almost
Family in West Palm Beach, responsible for operations and delivery of care for the
in-home program in 4 counties, and for a time served dually in that role at Almost
Family's Medical Adult Day Center in Boynton Beach.
Mr. Mattioli began his nursing career at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor,
Michigan, where he developed a passion for caring for the elderly, and became a care
manager before returning to Florida. He is a certified trainer for the Alzheimer
training course for home health agencies in Florida and coauthored the curriculum
used for the training. Mr. Mattioli is a member of the National Association of
Professional Geriatric Care Managers. He received a BS in biology from Palm Beach
Atlantic University and a BSN from Eastern Michigan University, and is a certified
Legal Nurse Consultant. He is a current member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and the Case Management Society of America.
