Dan Turbyfill, RN, BS Executive Director
Dan has been involved in senior care and healthcare management for 35 years. Prior
to joining SeniorBridge he was with Encore Senior Living as Regional Director of
Operations, and held several other positions since joining the company in 2002. He
also worked at Naples Community Hospital as Neurological Case Manager, and had
previously been with Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington, holding
several positions, most recently as Case Manager, Medical Service Department. Dan is
a registered nurse in both Florida and Washington. He received his nursing degree
from El Centro College in Texas and a BS in Health Studies from Charter Oak State
College in Connecticut. His certifications include Florida CORE, Florida Extended
Congregate Care and Trainer: Level I and Level II Alzheimer's.
Jill Summerscales, BS Regional Executive Director
Jill brings to SeniorBridge a strong background in system organization, operations and management, as well as over 11 years experience as a geriatric care manager. She has studied at William Jewell College in MO, Harlaxton College in Grantham England, and has a BS in Interdisciplinary studies from Hodges University. Jill has held a variety of finance and management positions with the Hallmark Cards organization, and was selected to participate in a variety of their well regarded customer service and Management Leadership training programs. She was responsible for the operations of a resort in a Belize, Central America before settling in the Naples area. Upon settling in Naples, Jill became interested in the needs of the elderly when she ran a Computer Learning Center in Naples, FL that was that was focused on computer training geared to the senior population. Jill ran Parent Care, a geriatric care management company in Naples, FL along with her business partner, Linda Cramer, since 1989. Parent Care joined the SeniorBridge Family of Companies in May of 2009. Jill is a member of the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers and the Florida Geriatric Care Managers Association, and is currently the chair of the FGCMA Public Relations Committee.
Stacey Kay, BS Director of Professional Relations
Stacey Kay has worked in a variety of senior settings over the past 9 years. She has worked successfully in a Marketing/Sales capacity for areas such as Independent and Assisted living, as well as, skilled nursing home environments. For the past 5 years Stacey has worked specifically in the areas of Dementia and Alzheimer’s, where she has been certified by the Alzheimer’s Association to facilitate support group meetings for those caring for someone with Dementia or Alzheimer’s. She has worked closely with several non-profit Organizations planning events to raise monies for seniors affected with memory related illnesses. She also worked as an Independent Insurance agent, where she assisted seniors and their families prepare for future health care needs through setting up long term care insurance plans. Stacey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University – Long Beach.
Mary Ronquillo, MBA, MHA Regional Director of Professional Relations
Mary Ronquillo comes to SeniorBridge with an extensive, diverse healthcare
sales/marketing and clinical background. She was a top-ranking specialty sales
representative at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, covering the New Jersey area
for 6 years, and interned with the Oklahoma State Department of Health. During her
internship, Ms. Ronquillo researched and authored an article on fall-related brain
injuries among children.The article was presented at the 13th Annual California
Conference on Injury Control and was nationally published.
Earlier in her career, she
worked as a phlebotomist/laboratory technician at Oklahoma hospitals:Southwestern
Medical Center and Norman Regional Hospital. Ms. Ronquillo earned a BS in Community
Health at the University of Central Oklahoma, and recently obtained her MBA and a
Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She was
recently elected to serve on the board of directors for the Parkinson's Association
of Southwest Florida, Inc. (PASFI) affiliate chapter of the National Parkinson
Foundation.
Linda Shuster, BSN Care Manager
Linda Shuster has over 30 years of experience as a nurse and care manager in educational settings, and for community health, skilled nursing and eldercare facilities. Before coming to SeniorBridge as a Care Manager, she was Nursing Manager with the Fair Haven Community Health Center Geriatric Clinic in New Haven, CT. Previously she was the Nurse Supervisor for The Mary Wade Home in New Haven; Nurse Supervisor and Case Manager for the Connecticut Personal Care Program for the Elderly; and held a variety of nursing positions. Linda has a B.S.N. in Nursing from the University of Connecticut School of Nursing; and partial credit toward an M.P.H. from Southern Connecticut State University. She has served on the boards of numerous professional organizations, including as Vice President of the South Central Inter Agency Council on Aging.
