Bobbie Schwaninger, ARNP Executive Director
Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Bobbie Schwaninger was Administrator of Almost Family
in Fort Lauderdale and Vice President of Champion Personnel Services in Boca Raton.
Bobbie has over 30 years experience in nursing with a focus in geriatrics and
homecare.She has practiced as a ARNP in both primary care and hospital settings and
has held a variety of management roles both operational and clinical.
Ms. Schwaninger has an MBA in Health Administration from the University of Miami
School of Business Administration, is certified as a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner by
the University of Miami School of Nursing, and received a diploma from Wilson
Memorial Hospital school of Nursing in Johnson City, NY. Bobbie is a past President
of the Florida Nurses Association.
Barbara Matthewman-Robins Director of Professional Relations
Barbara has been a resourceful planner, problem solver, and motivator in healthcare management for more than 15 years. Most recently, she was Regional Administrator for Interim Home Healthcare in South Florida, where she had responsibility for the Dade and Broward County Medicare branches, development of client relationships, and management of all facets of the company, including business development and retention. Previously she had been Director of Healthcare for Global Healthcare Staffing in Sunrise, Client Service Director-Healthcare for MedPro Healthcare Staffing, and Branch Manager of Romac Healthcare Staffing, both in Miami. Prior to that she was Regional Director of Allied Health in New York City and Regional Director for Lloyd Healthcare Staffing in Long Island, New York. Barbara has a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix and an associate of science degree from Miami Dade Community College.
Christina Kantrowitz, MSW Director of Client Services
Ms. Kantrowitz has over 25 years of experience in social
work and geriatric care management. Prior to becoming Director of Client
Services, she was a Geriatric Care Manager for several years at Florida
ElderWatch, one of Southeast Florida's largest geriatric care management
practices, which was acquired by SeniorBridge Family in 2001. Before joining
Florida Elderwatch Ms. Kantrowitz was the Director of Social Service for
Tamarac Rehabilitation & Health Center. Ms. Kantrowitz is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. She has a BSW in Social Work and a MSW in Social Work, both from Adelphi University.
Christine A. Roberts, RN Care Manager
Ms. Roberts joins SeniorBridge from Tender Loving Care, a home health agency in Boca
Raton, Florida for which she was RN, Director of Clinical Services. She has
previously worked as RN, Field Representative for the State of Florida, at Emerald
Medical Management, Inc. in California, and was a Recovery Room Nurse at the
Cleveland Clinic in Ft. Lauderdale. Ms. Roberts also has broad prior experience as an
LPN in various medical specialties. She is active in several community organizations,
including the Alzheimer's Association in Ft. Lauderdale. She obtained her RN and an
associate of science in nursing degree at Broward Community College in Ft.
Lauderdale, Florida.
David Mattioli, RN, BSN Associate Vice President of Clinical Services
David Mattioli brings more than 17 years' experience in a variety of healthcare
settings to SeniorBridge. For 9 years previously, he was the Administrator of Almost
Family in West Palm Beach, responsible for operations and delivery of care for the
in-home program in 4 counties, and for a time served dually in that role at Almost
Family's Medical Adult Day Center in Boynton Beach.
Mr. Mattioli began his nursing career at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor,
Michigan, where he developed a passion for caring for the elderly, and became a care
manager before returning to Florida. He is a certified trainer for the Alzheimer
training course for home health agencies in Florida and coauthored the curriculum
used for the training. Mr. Mattioli is a member of the National Association of
Professional Geriatric Care Managers. He received a BS in biology from Palm Beach
Atlantic University and a BSN from Eastern Michigan University, and is a certified
Legal Nurse Consultant.
Philip Dooling Vice President of Regional Operations
Mr. Dooling has over 29 years of senior management experience, including sales, marketing and operations roles with a Fortune 100 company, entrepreneurial start-ups and owning a multiple site specialty retail business. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Mr. Dooling was the Chief Operating Officer for a South Texas Regional Home Health Agency, where he provided strategic direction and managed marketing and business development efforts. Mr. Dooling has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois.
