Mike Brennan
Executive Director

Mike brings to SeniorBridge 15 years of sales and marketing experience. Including, positions within the pharmaceutical industry. Mike has also held ownership and operational roles in the hospitality and real estate development industries. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Mike was a senior sales executive with the largest private real estate developer in the southeast providing leadership and direction for the sales force and working exclusively with high-end clientele. Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University.

Jane Nelson Thomas, RN, BS.ED, MSN
Director of Client Services

Jane Nelson Thomas comes to SeniorBridge with 27 years of clinical nursing experience, including critical care and home care nursing. For 16 years in Detroit, she worked at the Wayne Center, which provides care management for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental retardation, including many senior clients. She also served as Commissioner of the City of Dearborn Commission on Disabilities and was on the board of directors of the Michigan Cancer Foundation. Ms. Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Eastern Michigan University, her nursing diploma from the Henry Ford Hospital and a Master of Science degree in nursing with a geriatric focus from Wayne State University. She is a certified case manager and a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and its Naples chapter.

Katherine Auksel
Director of Professional Relations

Katherine was Director of Business Development for United Home Care Services in the SW Florida market before joining SeniorBridge. She also previously served as Director of Community Relations for the Homewood Residence, a leading assisted living facility for care and memory programs in the Collier area. As a Business Development Agent, Katherine was instrumental in establishing a local presence in Naples for Randstad, a Dutch-based global employment service agency. She is active in the Collier County, SW Florida area as a National Certified Guardian, serves on the Executive Board of Parkinson's Association of Southwest Florida, Inc., and in current and past Board and Committee positions with Interagency, SALT, FGCU-Social Work Advisory Board, CAMEO, Collier County Council on Aging, MS Home of Collier County, and ABWA (American Businesswomen's Association). Katherine earned a BS in Management from Calumet College of St. Joseph in Indiana, and a Certificate in Religious Studies from St. Joseph's.

Mary Ronquillo, MBA, MHA
Regional Director of Professional Relations

Mary Ronquillo comes to SeniorBridge with an extensive, diverse healthcare sales/marketing and clinical background. She was a top-ranking specialty sales representative at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, covering the New Jersey area for 6 years, and interned with the Oklahoma State Department of Health. During her internship, Ms. Ronquillo researched and authored an article on fall-related brain injuries among children.The article was presented at the 13th Annual California Conference on Injury Control and was nationally published.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a phlebotomist/laboratory technician at Oklahoma hospitals:Southwestern Medical Center and Norman Regional Hospital. Ms. Ronquillo earned a BS in Community Health at the University of Central Oklahoma, and recently obtained her MBA and a Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She was recently elected to serve on the board of directors for the Parkinson's Association of Southwest Florida, Inc. (PASFI) affiliate chapter of the National Parkinson Foundation.

Sheila Crosby, RNBC, BSN, CARN
Care Manager

For 37 years, Sheila has been involved in nursing, with diversified experience encompassing geriatric medicine and psychiatry, substance abuse, and Alzheimer's disease. She has worked as Director of Nursing for inpatient psychiatric hospitals, including an Alzheimer's assisted living facility. For the last 10 years, Sheila has focused on geriatric care in Lee County in the areas of home healthcare, outpatient counseling, marketing of services, and community outreach and education of professionals, service providers, and clients and their families. She received her nursing diploma from Greenville General Hospital School of Nursing in South Carolina, her BS in nursing from the University of Mississippi at Hattisburg and is now pursuing an MS in geropsychiatric nursing. Sheila is certified in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing and Chemical Dependency/Addictions Nursing by the American Nurses Association, and has earned special recognition for her achievements in "Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities" and "Outstanding Young Women in America."

Philip Dooling
Vice President of Regional Operations

Mr. Dooling has over 29 years of senior management experience, including sales, marketing and operations roles with a Fortune 100 company, entrepreneurial start-ups and owning a multiple site specialty retail business. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Mr. Dooling was the Chief Operating Officer for a South Texas Regional Home Health Agency, where he provided strategic direction and managed marketing and business development efforts. Mr. Dooling has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois.
