Lisa M. Dzitko, RN Executive Director
Lisa brings a wealth of experience to SeniorBridge from Patient Care, Inc., where she
was previously Branch Director/Administrator responsible for the development and
execution of financial, operational, and clinical goals for this large home care
agency, and before that, its Director of Clinical Services and Director of Nursing
Operations. She has also served as Nursing Supervisor at the Bayonne Visiting Nurse
Association, ensuring appropriate care to its elderly Medicare and hospice clients.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Molloy College in Rockville
Center and Nurse Case Manager certification from Seton Hall University in South
Orange, NJ. She has been a Certified Case Manager since 1983.
Lori Stein Kayne, MSS Care Manager
Lori Stein Kayne is very qualified in planning for the medical and social service needs of Seniors in the community. Most recently, she has been a Social Worker and Discharge Planner at Care One at Livingston, and before that, a Discharge Planner at The Canterbury at Cedar Grove and a Social Worker in the Transitional Care Unit at Mountainside Hospital. She was also the Director of Social Services at Montclair Community Hospital and, earlier, a Pediatric Social Worker at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center in Camden, NJ. Ms. Kayne obtained a BA in psychology, magna cum laude, from Bucknell University, an MSS in Clinical Social Work from Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, and a Certificate in Gerontology from the Rutgers University School of Social Work, Continuing Education and Professional Development Program.
Amy Rosenberg-Mancher, BS Care Manager
For the past 7 years prior to coming to SeniorBridge, Amy counseled individuals and
families as a social worker at Inglemoor Care Center, a skilled nursing
care/rehabilitation facility in Livingston, helping to establish optimal environments
for patients returning to the community. Previously, she had been a pre-school
teacher at Weekday Nursery School in Livingston and a social worker at Crown Nursing
Home in Brooklyn and at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, NY, developing and implementing
comprehensive care plans and counseling patients and family members. Amy earned her
Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work at Suffolk University in Boston.
Marilyn W. Schatzberg, MSW, LSW Care Manager
Marilyn came to SeniorBridge after having worked as a long-term care social worker
in Bergen County. Previously, she had worked in the behavioral health area for Social
Work PRN. While completing her Master's degree in Social Work, she held internships
as a Family Services Counselor at the Nutley Family Service Bureau and as a care
manager for the homebound elderly at Bergen County Division of Senior Services.
Earlier, Marilyn had worked in production/darkroom and as a freelance photographer
for major publications. She went back to school to earn her MSW from Fordham
University with a specialization in Older Persons and Their Families. After
graduation, she obtained NOVA National Community Crisis Response Team Training. She
is currently enrolled in the Rutgers University Gerontology Certificate Program.
Terri L. Visintainer, RN, BSN Care Manager
Until recently, Terri was a per diem Case Manager at Morristown Memorial Hospital for
discharge planning, while working as Nurse Liaison at the Kessler Rehabilitation
Institute, determining the appropriateness of patients for acute rehab. Terri has
also had experience as a Nurse Liaison at Atlantic Home Care and Hospice and Care One
at Morris with sub-acute rehab patients. She worked as a Case Manager/Nurse
Supervisor and Community Liaison at Chrillcare Homecare and the Head office/OR Nurse
at Plastic Surgery Associates. She has been a Primary Staff Nurse in hospice and
general patient care. Terri earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State
University in Dayton, Ohio.
Ruth Farrago Vice President of Regional Operations
Ruth Farrago has over 20 years of experience in health care administration. She was the Administrator of an inpatient and outpatient comprehensive Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Division at Downstate Medical Centers in Brooklyn. She has an extensive background in home care marketing and management having worked for St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers as the Director of Intake and was then the Branch Manager/Administrator at New York Health Care. Ruth was also the Executive Director of Sunrise Assisted Living of East Meadow where she was responsible for the daily operations of the facility, client and family satisfaction, management of the sales and marketing team and coordinated community outreach and events. Ruth has a Bachelors of Science from SUNY College of Oneonta where she majored in Business Economics and she is currently completing a Masters Degree at Long Island University specializing in Gerontology.
