Carole A. Hires, RN, CMC
Professional Development Specialist

As a healthcare executive, geriatric care manager, and nurse, Carole has been at the forefront of home health care for over 30 years. She brings her expertise to develop innovative home health care solutions to clients ensuring they receive the most advanced services available. Carole joined SeniorBridge in the acquisition of Heath Partners in Care (HPC) a home heath care agency where she was President and Owner. Prior to starting HPC, Carole was Chief Executive Officer of the Zufall Health Center (formerly the Dover Clinic), the Morris County Federally Qualified Health Center for the underserved. As a certified care manager, she worked at Morristown Memorial Hospital and as nursing liaison for the Somerset Hills Visiting Nurse Association at Somerset Medical Center. Previously, she founded the Hires Wellness Center in Madison after becoming a certified personal trainer. For 12 years, Carole was President and Owner of Morris Home Care Inc, a premier home care agency, which subsequently became part of Morristown Memorial Hospital. Carole has been a Community Scholar for the past 12 years at Drew University, School of Theology, and is active in community organizations. She earned an AAS degree in Nursing from County College of Morris and attended the BSN program at State University of New York.

Lisa M. Dzitko, RN
Regional Executive Director

Lisa brings a wealth of experience to SeniorBridge from Patient Care, Inc., where she was previously Branch Director/Administrator responsible for the development and execution of financial, operational, and clinical goals for this large home care agency, and before that, its Director of Clinical Services and Director of Nursing Operations. She has also served as Nursing Supervisor at the Bayonne Visiting Nurse Association, ensuring appropriate care to its elderly Medicare and hospice clients. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Molloy College in Rockville Center and Nurse Case Manager certification from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. She has been a Certified Case Manager since 1993.

Ruth Farrago, CMC
Vice President of Operations

Ruth Farrago has over 20 years of experience in health care administration. She was the Administrator of an inpatient and outpatient comprehensive Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Division at Downstate Medical Centers in Brooklyn. She has an extensive background in home care marketing and management having worked for St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers as the Director of Intake and was then the Branch Manager/Administrator at New York Health Care. Ruth was also the Executive Director of Sunrise Assisted Living of East Meadow where she was responsible for the daily operations of the facility, client and family satisfaction, management of the sales and marketing team and coordinated community outreach and events. Ruth has a Bachelors of Science from SUNY College of Oneonta where she majored in Business Economics and she is currently completing a Masters Degree at Long Island University specializing in Gerontology. Ruth has received her certification in Geriatric Care Management (CMC). She is a current member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and the Case Management Society of America.
